Education has the highest priority in the mission of the Department of Civil Engineering, and is the prime responsibility of the faculty. In the teaching and learning, the DCE puts emphasis on students’ innovation capability, ability of practice, international view and combination of technology with management, helping students to be leaders in their future careers.

Our programs in both undergraduate and graduate level are going to train students with outstanding academic background, professional skills, entrepreneurship and strong leadership in the field of civil engineering. Our students will be equipped with fundamental knowledge, broad professional view, high quality and creativity, as well as special capability in engineering and management to meet the national demand for future development.
